User InvolvementPark View clients are encouraged at the induction stage to bring to the attention of staff any issues at all which they feel effect them personally or the community as a whole. However, there are 2 groups which enable clients to make suggestions or flag issues up for action on a formal basis. The weekly Community Group, which clients facilitate alone, deals with every day issues which clients can then feed into the staff team. The Client Forum is a monthly group with the more specific purpose of clients making contributions to how Park View Project delivers its service. This group is run by client elected representatives who feed the ideas and concerns of the whole community straight to the Directors.
